In the past year, all of us have watched our world change at an unprecedented rate. We’ve watched the entire globe shut down economically, medically, relationally, and for some even spiritually! The global Church has been rocked by ever-increasing government intrusion and censorship. I have listened to many prophetic voices over the past year, and none of them predicted this level of change.
Twenty-five hundred years ago, the prophet Haggai prophesied of such a day, not unlike 2020, when he cried out, “‘and I [God] will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,’ says the Lord of hosts.” (Haggai 2:7)
You see what’s happening? God is shaking the nations even more than any previous war. Even the two world wars did not impact the entire world like covid. God is shaking the nations to bring people to the “Desire of All Nations, to fill His Temple with His glory!” God is bringing a worldwide revival, and He is using the desperate measures of Big Tech and Big Gov to get our attention.
The writer of Hebrews prophesied of this day,
Now this, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. (Hebrews 12:27-28)
God is shaking everything that can be shaken. With the shaking of all we care about, God is bringing forth the unshakeable Kingdom. We are receiving the unshakeable Kingdom of God even as the shakeable kingdoms of this world are being destroyed. Watch what’s about to happen. In the coming days, nations are going to fall, and new nations are going to arise.
God is raising up a new breed of leader. Kingdom of God leaders. He is setting up a standard of a new breed of worshipper warrior in the Church. God is moving! Revival is here! A Kingdom of God Revolution is happening.
If you read my blog last week, you read about God’s work in Colorado Springs. I believe He wants to do the same thing in counties and cities all over the nation. But He will only use the new breed worshipper warrior who is completely sold out to His purposes and plans. Next week we will look at the characteristics of such leaders.
