i will continue to pray for Pastor Tedd as a friend and teacher i sat under him from 1985-1994 .He has so many gifts .One of his greatest being his spontanious teaching.In those years when he wanted to make a point he would jump up on an empty chair to get his point across since he was walkig through the church as he taught.And he has an amazing memory for names.He always remembers mine no matter how long it’s been>He also took a personal interest in my dad who could be let’s say difficult!

Thank you for sharing your heart, convictions on this matter. I have known Ted Haggard for over 20 years. He taught at a Bible College I went to here in the Colorado Springs area, back in the mid to late 80′s. He is a good teacher/pastor.

As you noted, this has been an earthquake. This has been one of multiple quakes for me in my life, and it is both sad and shameful. I was abused by my grandfather sexually, was the first quake. The second and third were kindred quakes. There were two pastors at a local church, that got divorced and went to an alternate lifestyle. The fourth shock wave was hearing about Ted Haggard.

Christ is with us in this world of trials, temptations, suffering, etc.

It is hard to get past the hurt, pain, the questions as to why, how come, etc.

Additionally, we are one body, and when one does something, just as an earthquake, there is a ripple effect.

GRACE (God’s Righteousness and Christ’s Embrace) to you, and all Christian pastor’s, churches that proclaim the name of the Lord our God.
